Our derekosh injera (dehydrated injera) is made with 100% pure nech (ivory) or tekur (black) teff. We sell 1LB of freshly dried derekosh injera per package.
All batches are made to order. Please allow at least one week to fufil your order.
If you are within the Lincoln, NE area and would like to pick up at our location, please let us know by placing your order through Products for Local Pick Up. Once orders are complete, they will be available for pick up on Saturdays 11 AM - 6PM at 841 Lamont Drive, Lincoln, NE 68528.
